Process was founded by Ben Hamilton, a seasoned coffee professional and creative entrepreneur based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. With a deep passion for coffee and community, Ben co-founded Guilt Trip in 2017, a renowned coffee and donut shop where he served as general manager for three years. In 2020 amid the chaos of the pandemic, Ben jumped off the deep end once more and launched Process. His vision was to create a brand that celebrates the people and stories behind each cup, fostering connections between producers and consumers, elevating coffee to where it should be, and at the same time making it accessible and EZPZ to get involved with.
