Satus Java comes from Pitalito, Huila (Colombia), grown at 1900 meters above sea level by the families that make up Asosatus, an associative group made up of 60 producers focused on differentiated coffees and innovation applied to origin.

Asosatus is committed to purist processes that allow each variety to express its best qualities. The Java variety, renowned for its resistance and excellent cup quality, has become a cornerstone for the group in recent years, contributing to stable production and consistent quality.

Washing Process:
The harvest is done manually, selecting only cherries at their optimal point of ripeness.
