Strawberry Kiss is one of those coffees that steals your heart every year. A natural Ethiopian coffee that returns from the Rumudamo washing station, celebrated for its excellence—even winning 2nd and 3rd place at the 2020 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence.

Grown at 2,300 meters above sea level, this batch shines with its vibrant sweetness and layered fruitiness. Each sip reveals the essence of southern Ethiopia: fresh strawberry, star fruit, and juicy apricot, wrapped in a silky body and bright acidity that makes it as expressive as it is refreshing.

The coffee is processed by Daye Bensa, legendary producers established in 1996 in the Bensa region of Sidama. Over the years, they have built lasting relationships with communities of small coffee growers (out-growers) who deliver their cherries to the various washing stations they manage. Their approach combines tradition, precision, and sustainability, resulting in clean, complex, and vibrant profiles.

The result: a juicy, sweet, and floral coffee, ideal for both fruity espresso and nuanced filter coffee.

We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
