Toffee Spin is a natural community lot from the Aponte subregion of Nariño, Colombia, grown between 2050 and 2200 meters above sea level. In this high-altitude area, producers are actively experimenting with fermentations and different cultivars, with a strong focus on natural and honey processes that enhance sweetness and complexity.
This batch represents the cleanest and most refined side of the natural process. Slow ripening at high altitude concentrates sugars and structure, while controlled drying preserves clarity and balance. The result is an expressive yet polished cup, where fruit and sweetness are integrated without excess.
In the cup, Toffee Spin displays vibrant notes of forest fruits, accompanied by a deep toffee sweetness and a structured finish reminiscent of black tea. It is a naturally silky, balanced, and very versatile coffee.

We select our coffees based on their unique cupping profiles and, of course, that they are 100% traceable. We partner with importers who share our values and carefully roast each of our coffees to deliver the best flavors they have to offer.
We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
