UME is a collaboration between Native Coffee and Hachi Coffee Project, the innovative venture led by Diego Samuel Bermúdez and Allan Hartmann in Panama.

Named after the Japanese plum blossom (Ume), this lot demonstrates how a classic variety like Caturra can reach extraordinary levels when exceptional terroir is combined with impeccable execution.

Grown at Rocky Mountain Farm, in the mountains of Chiriquí, this coffee offers a clean, sweet, and structured expression, where the clarity of the washed process allows every nuance to shine through.
