Uraga is an espresso that redefines what an Ethiopian coffee can be in this format.

From the Guji region, this lot stands out for its floral and tropical profile, driven by an anaerobic natural process that enhances aromatic intensity without losing elegance.

Grown between 1,925 and 1,945 meters above sea level, this coffee reflects the unique character of Guji: vibrant fruit, natural sweetness, and great complexity.

The result is a modern, expressive espresso, very different from traditional profiles.

Process

Processed using the anaerobic natural method, this coffee maximizes sweetness and complexity:

Manual selection of ripe cherries
Anaerobic fermentation in sealed bags (18–24h)
Drying on raised beds under the sun
Constant turning for uniform drying

This process provides fruity intensity and a juicier texture.
