Located in Gatundu, Kiambu County, this coffee benefits from fertile soils and high altitudes that promote slow maturation and a high concentration of flavors.

The result is a balanced yet highly expressive profile, with the clarity and structure that define great Kenyan coffees.

Process

Processed using the Kenyan washed method, this coffee prioritizes cleanliness, brightness, and definition in the cup.

Cherries are hand-picked, pulped, fermented, and carefully washed before being dried on raised beds under controlled conditions.
