This washed Pink Bourbon comes from Las Perlitas, a renowned farm in the Huila region of Colombia, famous for its meticulous approach to specialty coffees and the cultivation of unique varieties. Thanks to its high altitude, rich soils, and sustainable farming practices, Las Perlitas produces coffees of great precision and clarity in the cup.

Pink Bourbon is a highly prized variety in the specialty coffee world for its aromatic profile and natural complexity. It is a hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon, easily recognizable by the pinkish hue its cherries acquire as they ripen. Its cultivation is demanding and yields low returns, making it a rare and highly valued coffee.
