Produced by Jonathan Gasca in Bruselas (Pitalito, Huila), this Pacamara varietal lot stands out for its complex and hard-to-categorize character, positioning itself as one of the most interesting expressions of this varietal.

Inspired by the new generation of innovative producers in the region, Jonathan has elevated his farm to an exceptional level, combining passion, technique, and an energy that is directly reflected in the cup.

In 2025, one of his Pacamara lots was used in the winning routine of the World Barista Championship, solidifying his global reputation.

Processed using an experimental washed method, this coffee employs advanced fermentation techniques to enhance aromatic complexity without sacrificing clarity.
